Overview

We have secured 5 hectares of land in the heart of the overlooked Epe–Itokin road, which will be developed into a first-of-its-kind smart industrial city.

A $50 million project to be invested and developed in Lagos State, in partnership with the Lagos State Government.

  • Tier 4 carrier-neutral data centre

    A co-location data centre designed around green, connected and sustainable solutions. We believe faster digital infrastructure will accelerate industrialisation and digital transformation across Nigeria.

  • Hybrid 5 MW solar farm and grid power

    The city will run on clean power hybridised with the grid, for uninterrupted, quality and affordable electricity 24 hours a day. Power will also be distributed to the surrounding communities, to boost trade and improve lives.

  • 200 green apartments

    Temporary live-in accommodation for residents and companies leasing units in the city: safe homes with a home-away-from-home touch, powered by solar and battery storage and free from generator noise.

  • Smart ferry and quay

    A dedicated fishing jetty will house solar-powered cold rooms, seafood packaging and processing, and repair facilities. The quay will provide waterway transport in and out of the city, linked to a central control room that monitors every activity.

  • Business hub

    Smart meeting rooms and auditoriums will host training, exhibitions and seminars, so residents can receive external guests without disrupting work in their offices.

    The city will have its own complete 120-bed health centre, fully equipped across every medical department, in conjunction with TURMARKS and with United Nations approval. There will also be a crèche for nursing mothers, so women can thrive and grow in the marketplace. Gender diversity and inclusion are among our core drivers.
